Tournaments

Pittsburgh Squash (PSQ) organizes at least one tournament per year (previous tournament results here), along with encouraging its members to travel to neighboring districts to participate in out-of-town events.
This season, we will hold two tournaments. The 2009 Buchanan Open was held over the weekend of November 6th, 2009, at the Rivers Club in Pittsburgh, PA, and results can be viewed here. The 2010 Pittsburgh City Championships will be held over the weekend of March 26th, 2010, also at the Rivers Club. Entry forms can be downloaded here as a Word document and here as an Acrobat pdf document.
PSQ encourages its members to travel to other cities for squash tournaments. This allows individual players to compete against different styles of play, and it also encourages goodwill within the squash community between Pittsburgh and its neighboring cities.
